STEAMSHOP is a collaborative makerspace designed to bring skills, training, and access to digital fabrication equipment not only for IUP students, but also for the surrounding region including Indiana, Armstrong, and Cambria counties. If you have a creative idea, STEAMSHOP can equip you with the tools and teach you the skills to bring it to life. We focus on new user training to help you to become proficient in using CAD and CAM software, learn design thinking, and rapid prototyping in a variety of materials. Perfect for those interested in combining hand building techniques with digital technology.
